K6TU Remote app for iPhone and iPad

K6TU Remote provides full remote control of your FlexRadio Systems Flex-6000 series radio with remote audio and HD pan adaptor and waterfall.

Control your Flex-6000 from anywhere in your home via your home WiFi network. Control over the Internet is possible providing you supply your own Virtual Private Network server which is compatible with the Apple iOS VPN support on the iPad (L2TP/IPSec).

For best results, K6TU Remote requires an iPad Air, iPad Air 2 or iPad Pro as the processing requirements to provide full audio and the HD quality display are bandwidth, processor & graphics intensive.

Accessing your radio remotely over Cellular Data requires substantial bandwidth and can consume up to 1 Gigabyte of data per hour. Wifi access is strongly recommended.

- When you download K6TU Remote from the Apple AppStore, you can use the application for unlimited receive operation using a single slice receiver.
- Unlocking transmit operation and dual slice receive requires an InApp purchase of either a 30 day or 1 year subscription. This subscription covers all updates to the application made during the subscription period at no additional charge. At the end of the subscription, the application reverts to receive only (single slice) operation.
- This initial version of K6TU Remote supports PHONE transmission ONLY on SSB or AM.
